Accuracy of Information: We strive to provide accurate and reliable medical testing services, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all test results.
Confidentiality: We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of your personal and medical information, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Payment Terms: Payment for our services is required at the time of testing, and we accept cash, credit/debit cards.
Service Limitations: Our testing services have certain limitations, and we do not provide diagnosis or treatment recommendations.
Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal information and following any pre-testing instructions provided by our staff.
Appointment Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
Code of Conduct: We expect all clients to conduct themselves in a respectful and cooperative manner while using our services.

Non-Refundable Services
All DNA testing services, including but not limited to sample collection kits, laboratory testing, analysis, and results reports, are non-refundable. Once the order is placed and the sample is received or processed, we cannot offer a refund under any circumstances.
Error in Sample Collection or Submission
If a sample is incorrectly collected, improperly submitted, or insufficient for analysis, we may require a re-submission of a new sample at the customer’s expense. Additional charges may apply for reprocessing or repeat testing.
Discrepancies or Issues with Results
In the rare event of an issue with your DNA test results (e.g., clerical errors, or laboratory failure to process the sample correctly), we will work with you to resolve the issue, including re-analysis or additional testing, at no extra charge. However, no refunds will be issued.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled only if the sample has not yet been processed. If the sample has already been received or processing has started, the order is final, and no refunds will be granted.
Customer Satisfaction
We take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality results. If you are dissatisfied with the results, please contact us directly. We are committed to addressing any concerns you may have and working toward a resolution, but refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
Agreement to Terms
By purchasing our DNA testing services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this No Refund Policy.

When is payment due for my DNA results?
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking the test. The mileage and remainding balance no later than 4 hours before testing. If the payment isn't received before the booking, the client's only option is rescheduling due to NO REFUNDS. NO CASH WILL BE TAKEN AT THE APPOINTMENT.
What are the payment options for tests?
We accept Sezzle, debit and major credit cards! Payment Plans are available. The full balance has to be received before booking an appointment for all payment plans. NO CASH WILL BE TAKEN ON SITE.
Can I use this test for my court case such as child support court, etc.?
Yes, you will need to book a Legal DNA test that comes with a Chain of Custody form which is needed for any legal proceedings.
How long does it take to receive test results?
Our commitment to efficiency ensures prompt results so that you can make informed decisions within 48 hours after specimen is received and processed by the lab.
Do you provide mobile services?
Yes, KAC Screening Solutions provides mobile services. Please be advised that a mileage charge will be added to your invoice at scheduling. The mileage is calculated at $0.67 per mile according to the IRS from our main office.
What documents are needed at the time of booking and appointment?
* Valid Photo Identification (The test will not be performed if the Identification is expired, damaged or appears falsified.
*Birth Certificate or Hospital Documentation for each child
